Role:
This position will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to AZCCU staff and the Support Services department. 

Summary of Responsibilities: 

  • Assists ACCU staff and members via phone/email/instant messaging by answering questions/concerns and providing information regarding accounts 
  • Perform transfers, stop payments, adjustments, loan advances, and other transactions 
  • Performs required research to assist member-facing staff with corrections/explanations of transactions on accounts 
  • Provide members and staff copies of checks, statements, or other documents 
  • Process Mobile Remote Deposit Capture deposits and registrations 
  • Order, block, review, research, and/or update plastic card information and provide explanations to members or staff 
  • Review and process daily audit reports  
  • Research requests to ensure compliance with regulations and protection of member and credit union assets 
  • Process plastic card disputes and contact staff or members when additional documentation is necessary in compliance with required deadlines 
  • Process all returned/undeliverable cards and ensure cards are canceled/destroyed under dual control 
  • Review/processing of deceased member paperwork to ensure documents are complete 
  • Provide member support for Zelle/Funds Transfer-related issues 

Hours: 

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Rotating Saturdays: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Hybrid work available after three months.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

Experience:  One to three years of similar or related experience
